Ahh, I see what you mean. I agree, when there weren't many, players who had access, there were fewer 'bugs'. I just didn't notice because I had no problems. I eventually completed "Patching Things Up" even though, it took me numerous instance changes and over 3 hours.

Neverwinter is your typical Korean-model-F2P-Chinese MMORPG. It's no better, or worse, than any of the hundreds of others. Both times I played through it it happened to me, (I chose different answers both times). The 2nd time I logged to the character selection screen and that fixed it.
