And as per general thread, it seems that this should only apply to "allies". Although personally I think thats confusing. Plenty of other powers refer to applying to allies (Hallowed Ground and Astral Shield for example), but also affect the player too. Kaelec also quotes this as affecting the player and allies....…

Worth mentioning that Kaelec's guide also recommends Repurpose Soul, despite the fact that it doesn't seem to work as intended. And we're told that at the same tier Initiate of the Faith and Battlewise are not worth it. /shrug.

Certain daily quests give these as rewards, but not all. "Common Cause" from the Harper dude in Enclave rewards 3 of these I think. Check http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Tyranny_of_Dragons_Campaign out. And look at all the rewards from all the different daily quests.

off topic slightly, but I don't think xbox is necessarily the limiting factor here. There are 4 buttons and 4 d-pad buttons, 2 triggers and 2 trigger buttons.
