HAHAHAAH!!! so true! This is why I am still perfectly comfortable with my elemental set. I still kill stuff prety good at 3.3IL. I perposfully didnt get the twisted set because I knew another was just around the corner. I still may not even go for it if a portion of its stats are allocated to Black Ice resistance.

you are 100% correct. The first rumors of NWO coming to xbox was when someone found the files inside of neverwinter for xbox contoler support. This same question used to pop up every so often. Now with NWO on 3 platforms it makes sense to unlock those files for both ps4 or xbone controllers.

30% would be a godsend! I recieved 5 lanolin from 100 HEs over the last 2 weeks doing 7 to 10 a day. Im done. This mod actually made me decide to go back to IWD and farm black ice to upgrade my dragonflight set. I told myself that doing that would never be worth the grind. Its a hell of a lot less of a grind than RoG gear.

Personal experience from getting both my mains up that high is DF gear, 4 artifacts to orange and R8+ enchants. a little trick I used is dragon hoard enchants, they are artificially worth more IL than other enchants. I was able to squeek my OP over the line by replacing a R7 dark in his utility slots with a dragon hoard.
