OK, i understand that but it's as u said: and that means there are "best" feats and that means that feats are not equal. This in my opinion is core of problem here not sheer number of feats. I understand its not easy to balance them and lower number makes it easier, not always less choice is better choise.

Ok, I get your point but i think you'r missing the point. As you said M16 limits picking wrong talents (by reducing possibility), that mean that M15 talents are not equal and that's the problem not its number. Now it feels like "here take my character and play", sorry but that's how i feel about it.
I manage to reproduce Moonwalk bug, it occurs when I press tab and side step at the same time ( mostly when i spam these) i'd say it could be because I face one way when I initiate dig in animation but before it takse effect character try to face the other ( just my guess)

It might be just my odd preference but in my opinion that thust at the end of Brazen Slash combo brakes attack flow of this At-will. I think it would look better if instead of that thrust character would make shield back swing bit similar to Tide of iron.

Here's waht mount and insignia buffs i'm using and here my companions I did noticed my character grows every time "Dreadwarrior's Insight" kicks in ( manage to stuck it 8 times at most ), i'd say its related to "Enrage" stated in descryption of it. On live it works the same though i get that there occasionally.
I went on tuern solo and as first group of mobs there have poisone if dread warrior pasive activates continuasly i just grow and grow. Might be just I'm unlacky enough ( as this pasive is % for activation) so it kicked in again and again ^^ and here's proof

In my opinion what vanguard lacks is range pull skill that would allow me to lure single enemy or group of enemies away from claster of them. I think there might be that skills have same name for some reason. Top feat make shield slam generate threat and not knowk back (encounter skill called "Frontline Surge" from mod 15) and the other generater threat while blocking with at-wills, that is what i think on that subject.
