ELO, may be working as they intended but its not working for the average gamer. Cause sure, the 10k players will most definitely be able to keep up with your 15k opponents. Just pure nonsense. Fails all weekend long and today as well.

Ok so did you use it while in stealth? If you read the description of combat advantage it says that its obtained while in stealth. So simply walking up to a mob or monster and not being stealthed will show NO difference. Now you have me concerned. I always take that feat as well.

I disagree, Ive used SE probably 7 times today. 3 were deaths, 4 were a hit and the GWF just got back up. This was with less than 40 percent health. Its not an automagic win. Its a "possible" kill.

Fernando, was it me? Ive been on my rogue on and off today. Before I respec'd a bit ago, I had around 29k health, perf bile, bark (I switch back and forth between that and elven). I was using whisperknife but I got bored and wanted to try a deflect build.

Uk, any reason why? have you parsed with ACT on a solo run or something and noticed a large difference? I wonder how often that boon procs? is it a once every 60 seconds deal?

NO, it is not working. Yet another day of uneven matches, being 13k-14.5k paired with 8-11k teams. We get rolled every time. Again GS should not be the ONLY means of determining matches but it should be a factor. If anything it helps to determine player's "potential". Another day of fail...

I think the name of the set basically means its somewhat designed for that build but can be used with any feat tree. Like all other gear and enchants you can use which suits your playstyle and needs. the bottom line, pwe is in this to make money. Do you have a chance to find an artifact? sure, but its very slim. The solution is to spend that money to get some AD converted and buy an artifact. So spend some dollars and get an artifact. Dont depend on finding one.

Set one of your "social" tabs to show only combat logs. You will see that after 4 seconds bilethorn procs % weapon dmg of each attack. At lesser its not that much but it adds up.
