Warlock: Creeping Death feat has been changed to be a stacking DoT that does 10 magnitude damage per stack every 2 seconds for a total of 10 seconds. Can stack up to 10 times. I strongly believe its due to warlock dodge and the delay that's there is between say dodge 1 and dodge 2 back to back. If your At-willing and try to animation cancel with hellish rebuke/shadow slip, it seems to cause this more times then not. Especially if your spamming it with small bursts of shadowslip
While I agree there are not enough players to do what your suggesting, also removing kicking is the lesser of two evils... I know it will induce more bots /afkers but at the moment we want more people in pvp .. hell at least bots would make the Q pop and kicking is for sure doing more harm then good
