There is no best set because it depends what kind of party do you have. For example i am using 3 sets High Vizier, Dread Legion and Shadow Weaver and if in my party there is 2 CW with HV i change my set to SW or DL (boost party or myself) but if you have only 1 CW with HV in my opinion you should have a second HV.

Yeah banterbane, the same like me... I have tried put diffrent runestone, wasting my AD and nothing... Now somebody told me that i must to unequip all runestones and items, relog and put eq again to stone, sorry but i do not want to waste my money anymore... Could GM/admin solve this problem ?

Yeah, i never ever use storm pillar but some people says that this skill is nice to regenerate AP. I've got on mastery EF / CoI, as u steel time and shield is always on my encounter slots and sometimes replace icy terrain with RoE. Its just theoretical build (still got respec)
