Exactly. The GWF is currently in the same state than other classes in term of AP Gain, except if they have 0 Recovery (hello full regen sents). But well why would GWF whine about it ? They have a free daily by pushing Tab. Unstoppable is better than many dailies.

They should already fix the current dungeons... It's all about bug exploit because they are impossible for 8300 GS people if you don't use bugs, or VERY hard. Looks like a fix to Miracle Healer (the name is correct on the french news). But honnestly I have not noticed the bonus could proc multiple times on any power since the fix on Astral Shield so I don't know what this is is for. Have you ever tried Hammer of Fate on a GWF. It's funny. If that power is supposed to be an Execution then give it the feats it needs, like TR's Shoking Execution. -Ignore armor -More damage depending on HP left If they don't do it then that power is simply useless, not an Execution at all.

I do have 13k GS on my cleric with 38% crit chance and please just shut the f*ck up. Equally geared a 13k TR will simply OS you with lashing blade or will obliterate you with lashing + impact.
