what if i use it in another companion would it level up then with a lower level comp? and then i'd be able to equip in my other comp xD or if i equip in my char, and do some quests to get xp i dno how it works anymore ugh

my companion is rank 30 and the icon the stats onit are, 431+ power, 268+ crit and 431+ recovery, but when i equip to my companion it gives my recovery like 60+ recovery lol 100+ power maybe less and 30 crit or something? :(
