Is the fey 10% AP wasted if you have full XP when it triggers? It really should trigger off dailies instead of encounters.

Owlbear damage doesn't build temp HP, a TW Crit does. I have a 50% Crit rate with bonding up and I still use the owlbear. Win/Win. If I Crit I get Crit severity, if I don't I get Owlbear damage.

But the requirement and the recipe use the same term, "handfuls", so if 4 handfuls from the recipe equals only one actual unit, would 12 handfuls be only three actual units? It is just sloppy of them to leave the incorrect text in there.

Not sure what your goals are, but my artifacts are all focused on HP, Power, ArmPen, Crit, Recovery, Defense, AP gain, Combat Advantage. All four have some combination of those. I got one relatively cheap and use it since my crit is only 40%. Any extra damage is welcome. As I get my crit up I will probably drop it. Definitely not OP like it used to be.

My understanding is that the developers did not intend for the buffed enchants to surpass Vorpal and Dread, but these developers are infamous for their unintended consequences. The one I seem to hear the most buzz about is lightning.

I run Wisdom/Courage, Radiant Strike/Oath Strike and Shield of Faith/Divine Judgment 100% of the time. For easy dailies I run Burning Light/TW/Smite For more dangerous content I switch to CoP/TW/Smite On occasion, for hard boss battles I have used BO/TW/CoP.

I think the developers completely overestimate how much we enjoy running the same dungeon 40 times a day to grind out garbage. I would much rather do two or three big, hard dungeon runs a night with QUALITY rewards.

The simplest solution is to bring Pally buffs in line with DC and GF buffs. But if you raise them on the Pally you risk making easy content even easier. If you do it by further nerfing DC's and GF's you run the risk of DPS's just playing without any support. So in some way I think some sort survivability nerf to DPS may be…

One of my pet peeves is people who ask for a "Healer" so you respond that you are a Healadin and THEN they say they are looking for an AC-DC. If you don't want a healer just be honest and say that you want a buff cleric from the start.

A lot of people may ask for a "tank and a healer" but what they really want is a buff GF and a Buff DC. Healing pally and healing DC's are virtually NEVER wanted (except, maybe, by low IL groups) and OP Tanks are definitely not preferred.
