Popping in to note that, if I'm guessing correctly, this may be similar to an issue I've been talking to folks internally about. If the issue is that the borders of various UI elements (such as text, the squares around powers, etc.) draw too thickly and make it look "darker" because it's more obscured, then you may be…
Broken Stuff Alert: You may be unable to play some (or even all) of your characters on the public test shards due to a bug in this build. They'll be playable next build, but for now, creating a new character or copying a character from the live shard should still allow you to hop in and play.
Sorry, forgot to mention here. A couple folks looked into this yesterday and determined it's an issue with how we handle character copy to our public test shards, newly exposed by the way we handle campaign unlocks. Without going into excruciating detail, the campaign unlock is handled on the account level, keyed to the…
That's really weird. Doesn't seem to be the patch itself, but someone may have accidentally reverted all the manually-set event flags on NeverwinterPreview that control this sort of thing. I'll see if I can reenable 'em. [Edit] Okay, think I've got 'em up and running again.
I reviewed your account's purchase activity, and all four purchases of the pack were indeed affected by a "20% off anything" coupon, causing it to charge 11200 Zen each. Your account was credited with the 5600 Zen I'd expect to see from that. This looks correct to me, but if you still have concerns, I recommend contacting…
For any players who spent more than 9800 Zen on any Golden Companion Bundles, the total difference in Zen spent vs. the intended sale price has now been applied to their account. An in-game mail has also been sent to the affected players, confirming the amount of Zen credited to their account. This includes players who…
Hey there, Sorry for the long delay in responding to the issue. We had our team members looking into the feasibility of retroactively addressing the issue with bags being incorrectly bound to players, but found limitations in our tech that prevented us from doing so. We'll be improving our practices in the future so that…
Side note: Thanks to dragonsbloods in the previous thread. I've let folks know that the launcher is showing the wrong hours in UTC. Maintenance tomorrow is indeed from 15:00 - 17:00 UTC, not 14:00 - 16:00.
Enemies and Encounters Castle Ravenloft* The Arcolith should no longer become stuck due to targeting a companion. Malabog's Castle* Malabog should no longer unexpectedly leash during combat. Items General* A certain item can no longer incorrectly resurrect dead player characters. Zen Market* A version of the PvP Starter…
I've updated the main post with current status. The improvements aren't ready for prime time, so we're not restarting tomorrow, and are hoping to get this live Friday. The event extension should get in tonight. It'll be on Dragon and Drider both. (We also plan to make sure any difficulty improvements are on our console…
Belatedly - The tracerts in this thread helped us track down the issue (thanks a ton!), and we think it's resolved on the back-end as of ~5 minutes ago. There are DNS shenanigans involved, so it may take a little bit for the fix to propagate.
As far as we're aware, this issue isn't widespread, so it's taking a bit longer to try to track it down. If folks don't mind, would you DM me the ISP you're using? (Please not anything personally-identifying like IP address, just the ISP, maybe the general region) EDIT: Think we've got the information we need. Thank you!
We're looking into it, but in the meantime, it may be worth changing your launcher settings so that the "Gameplay Proxy" is set to "None" - that might address it if I'm guessing correctly.
If I understand the system correctly (it's been a while since I looked), a person can take control of the guild if they're the highest rank (e.g., if there are three active people with Rank 6, and the only Rank 7 / Founder characters have been deleted, all three of the Rank 6 people could potentially take control). I could…

Also, here are the notes from last week's update (Friday, 2019-03-29). I'll take responsibility for not getting these out to y'all sooner. Patch Notes: NW.110.20190325a.1 Known Issue* The Justicar Paladin encounter “Relentless Avenger” incorrectly lists a magnitude of 800 in its tooltip, the actual magnitude is 460 after…
Cutscenes* Numerous fixes have been made to cutscenes. Items and Economy General* Artifacts stats previously displayed in grey, now are displayed in white. * Artifact powers no longer deal completely absurd levels of damage. We're still balancing them, though. * Bonding Runestone: This item's tooltip no longer incorrectly…
If you're getting disconnected right when you load into a map, that *probably* means your character is in a configuration that the code is confused about, and the map is closing right when you load in and it tries to do an update. We've hotfixed one case of this, and are looking into a new one.
Yeah, sorry I didn't announce it, juggling a bunch of stuff. Just as Lordtweety said, Tales of Old: Lair of the Mad Dragon is on NeverwinterPreview now, and I'd be interested in folks giving it a try. I'll get a Patch Notes thread up shortly (hopefully in ~1 hour or less) where folks can give the feedbacks. Edit: Patch…
