Khe, how GF can counter some uber hits without selfhealing/steel defense short immunity frame combo? Hati would kill him in seconds with DoTs. Also, knight's recovery demand hitting target = block off (otherwise healing is too low). IV is cool but with low ping/maxed gear and its still more like PvP choice.
CW can do well even without legacy gear, just need some investment (pure or trans weapon enchant dread/vorpal and high rank bondings are a must), build and playstyle (you cannot be slowest in group because all you gonna see is dying mobs, need some movement+guile bonus maybe).
Why remove it from 70? Just patch some skips and add more cc there like random spawn unkillable mob who push people from edges unless they react fast enough.
There is some sort of pvp world in there but its small and unrewarding. IWD open pvp? Its mostly fake fight with guildies to progress in pvp campaign or 1vs1/testing builds. SHS? With the dual spec HR would be the beast with current piercing damage (PvP) and also it dish tons of dmg in PvE (think its trapper build). TR is another good option. However without dual spec you will be one-trick-SE-pony rather than playing stealthy node holder if you want compete both worlds (as exe).
GG is dead because its not rewarding while PvP population is small and easier to engage 5vs5 domi. Guantlgrym had more phases in the past and allowed people run 2 dungeons for sellable drops. Whats your iL, build, pets? I have met lots of TR who wanna rule both worlds (pvp&pve) and then cry about their low DPS. BiS PvE geared, right speced and skilled player can compete in dmg terms with most GWFs.
Oh cmon, it should be removed long time ago at mod6, its a relic from past modules. Not single gear from begining of game should stay BiS for such long time. Its simple - remove tenacity, at this point there is too much dmg reduction and selfhealing. Lowbies are screwed anyway, they cannot last long enough against 4k players even if they wear full tena gear while at premade level dmg reduction is just ridiculous.

I dont think tena reduce it on SE. Some TR can hit solo over 150k SE... I have over 3k tena. If it was reduced then his base hit was 200k? Btw I now see deadly SWs, even some non geared, my guild mate who has 2.5k SW said he killed 3.8k GWF. Not sure but its something with generating more sparks than intended.

You are telling me that owlbear cub ticks on purpose till someones death? It should tick once on initial hit, not multiproc. Companions shouldnt exist in any kind of pvp. It was their mistake-on-purpose to allow each pet in SHS. Even more, pets vs players showed how broken are some pets. PvE mobs cannot complain.

I would love to salvage rusted gear, even for 2k like t1. Now we can either discard or sell for gold. Cost of restoration is stupid high, making 2nd set just for transmutation cost way to much. Why we cant salvage rusted gear or use it as transmute?
