Neverwinter on the ps4 .....I have just updated the file on my ps4 the app starts but the play button is greyed out grrrrr need help

I have the same issue with jewelcrafting I have the 3 amulets needed but no ticks in journal and cant turn them in its like I don't have the 3 amulets but I do. I hope a fix comes soon
