• This is somewhat unrelated from the op but has anybody else noticed the hallowed ground marking/indicator missing? I can't see the AoE effect any more which can make battles rather annoying.

• I get the 403 error too. I'm wondering if it might be down to me downloading the game from one of the mirrors?
