you forgot the 2 GG dungeons, Fardelver's Crypt and Dwarf King Crypt. But honestly, Im still waiting for the 4 dungeons that they did finally bring back to have epic versions. I've always just opened the guild page, clicked roster, click show offline players the set (not sure what its name is) tab that says member comments to status to see when the last time they logged in was.

simple answer, don't worry about getting the new gear. Yes it means you wont be able to run the new dungeon but it will save you many headaches along the way. Before that HAMSTER was added 90% of pvpers were rocking CN gear ( which wasn't hard to get) with freaking R4 enchants, maybe a lucky few had R5s. fixing it is as simple as closing out the game and restarting it. I have the leak too though not as bad as you seem to have it. Basically, once I start seeing lots of lag or rubber banding, I shut down the game and restart, only take maybe 2 mins to do so its not like im losing a ton of game time.
