Could it be that you have used assassin's covenant on a 4 mount that could have change in avaible bonus options? I mean there are new insignia bonuses added to 4 mounts that had 'no bonus' for a specific insignia combination earlier but now it has.

Scaling affects item level and the base damage that depending on your item level but not affects ratings, as far as know. Have you upgraded anything (mounts, companions, enchantments, etc)? When your ratings were 'green' were you in party or was there someone around you with companion or gear piece that buffs nearby…

Vengeance's Pursuit shouldn't do that. I usually see something similar to this after Slasher's Mark, which is a hunter's daily and restores stamina on every hit (inclouding dot) that the target takes.

That is a personal setting. Can be changed in 'Preferences' that is at the bottom right corner on 'Find ...' tab when you open your 'Friends' list.

Just to make it, clear chultan recipes (Port Nyanzaru) and chultan masterwork recipes (Stronghold) are different and does not affecting eachother. Have you checked the amont you healed? I mean artifact says that it increase "Heal" not 'outgoing heal'. Sometimes equipment not increase outgoing healing (stat), yet you healing more when they active. I do not use that artifact so i'm genuinely interested in the answer.

Imagine when you also can't read their messeges ... and you get kicked for it from the random. Speaking from experience. I usually getting this chat losing issue after a "Server not responding (timer)" error messege.

Latest patch notes say that Witch's Broom mount was the culprit and will be fixed by M27.

Reward is in the 'last chance' vendor's store on the event square. However only the chosing character can pick it up.

I don't have a bard character, but I've seen this happen in PE. A bard came out of the workshop while I was talking to the illusionist and he tried to mount up 3 times but fell each time. In the end he left on his feet.

I'd rather think this field of view difference is because melee (1st screenshot) and ranged (2nd screenshot) characteres. Dispite that it's confusing and uncomfortable to get used to everytime when I change characters.

Disagree, on 2nd day of the event i had equiped both of the reanimated mounts on 1 of my character.

Actually it's a good thing you can't buy it since all of the recipes on it are missing even after buying. vOv So you can atleast keep those riches instead of throwing them out on the window. ;)

It has been said by other players and by the tooltip that "the artifact will not summon another tool while the previous one is active". Players have also said that it extends to artifact transfer between characters. So the tool is probably with the character you sent the artifact from. Are you sure you discarded the tool…

There was a Path of Fallen event 3 or 4 weeks ago and it was working on a 'limited rate'.

I've seen this happening yesterday. The loot from defeated batiris wasn't visible while I was still there but I could see them from a little distance (80' or a bit so), so I could go back and pick up the loot. Edit for spelling

For me my mouse cable seemed to be broken but i'm not sure ... I cannot check on it either because i threw it away already.
