I think yesterday people were complaining that level 60 epic gear drops from bosses was BoE and so then it wouldn't be impressive because people could just buy it on the AH instead of having to do the time and have the skill to down the boss...
^^same as the above I knew we should have stuck with monthly subs. I feel manipulated in game even after spending this much and it's making me irritable.
I agree with this OP, you can't even destroy the stupid things so they take up bank space or bag space. I understand a business needs to make money but I spend money on games... I've spent 110 bucks so far on this one... still doesn't mean I like to feel manipulated at every turn.
I agree with the OP, you can grind AD for Zen for keys, but at 60,000 AD per key, it will take about 27.654 years to get the mount for bars. Cryptic needs to sit back down with a calculator.
$10 per bag, $40 for certain companions all seem a bit ridiculous to me. I agree the prices overall are too high. GW2 does it better. I play both games but spend at least 20 bucks a month there as a thank you sub and get gems to do whatever with. I'm not sure I'll do that here if I feel they're trying to nickel and dime me…
I also love the fact that I don't have to arm wrestle people for a great name AND that when servers combine, they're not going to take my name away like they did to me on SWTOR. I would like some naming police to step in though... I've seen enough toons running around named Pee or HAMSTER...…
I've never heard of maintenance on a weekend night unless it was a dire emergency. I really feel like this is a bad business practice unless you guys have no other choice. I hope this doesn't become a habit. Prime time gaming time for most adults. Bad business. Doesn't matter if it's beta, soft launch, release or any other…
I guess there is one good thing about selling actual games... you have an idea of just how many people plan to log in on launch day. :) For the record I've been in the queue for almost an hour now. I'm sitting here wondering if anyone knows if you change toons does it start the queue over? I chose my character before the…
It's going to get to a point where everyone is crying for subs. 40 bucks for a companion or a mount or 15 bucks for a bag... way too expensive for my blood. I'll pay my 20 bucks a month, let the Zen accumulate for the stuff I really want and that's all the money they're getting out of me. You guys riding the $200 spiders…
I spent the weekend constantly running trying to get mobs out of my face long enough to target the players on the other side of the mobs with my control wizard telling me to "stop so I can get mobs off you" constantly. So I'm trying to throw heals around mobs that are trying to smash my head in while the wizard is chasing…
I healed this fight 6 times and the last time we got the dragon down to about 25% before getting smeared across the lair. It's definitely a tough fight. I think we would have done much better if I had a fade or some way to drop some healing aggro but in all honesty I didn't have soothe equipped yet so I could have done…
/signed! I agree with all of the above. Great suggestions! I would also like to see additional slots made available on the paper doll, like neck slot so we can display founder cloaks and such that are items we've outleveled but that look nice. Costumes including boots, hats and gloves should be paper doll/cosmetic slot…
I think that if they got heal aggro under control or gave priests a FADE skill or something similar to drop or lessen aggro, the self heal issue in groups would fix itself.
I agree, fixing threat would make a huge difference in how potent my self heals need to be. Even a FADE skill would be nice to drop threat all together temporarily like they have in 'that other game'.
