What's weird about it? It's really simple math that (0.7)^10 is roughly 3% chance that you will waste at least 10 pres wards. So 3 times per 100 upgradings to r7 you will probably see that happens.

27 fails on 40% chance (0.0001%) is much worse than that case with 59 fail on 10% chance (0.2%). I don't believe in 85 fails on 50% chance that someone mentioned (even if every person in the world would play that game from its beggining) I

I mean the problem of getting party when you are "decent 17k" instead of "super-duper-hardcore-GS 22k"

Now it's even worse - new reinforcements and stat on artifact offhand have many good stats to choose. One of them increases GS and the rest does not. It's a problem when a lot of players are GS oriented and soon there will be "LFG .... 21k+ only" just because avarage player can go GS instead of good stats. Imho it should…

It was awfully bugged from the beginning which is very sad because it's nothing more than Icewind Dale HEs + Dragons HEs. I don't belive they ever tested new content so we are the beta (alpha?) testers.. And some of us pay for that! I'm sad because of this all :(

Now it's pointless to improve Dragon horde enchantments from the lesser ones to the better ones.. BoA should be equivalent to no ICD at all...

Instead of BoA I suggest you to consider another solution: introduce daily cap for Feys and Hoards to some value which has no influence for most of humans. Bots will still be able to farm but only limited amounts so it will help the economy a little but will not ruin everything. You gain some time to figure out what to do…

I am also a developer and it is very disappointing that developers push untested feature on the production. It was at most 10 minutes to do the most basic test :( I hope it was all by purpose and it is some kind of trick to give us bonus +10 sigils as an apology for inconvenience.
