• Purchased zen in market, 1st time buyers pack didn't give a new character slot. Also can't log into character after I logged out in Helm's Hold area. Log into servers, pick character then it freezes up during load up. Can still hear music, but load bar freezes. Tried rebooting and that didn't work.

• Same problem logged out in helm's hold area. Now, Can't get character to load.
