Yes, this is true. This is why I said I can kill HRs on GWF, while also mentioning not all the time. If you would kill the HR all the time, then your class would be hugely OP compared to it. If you can kill the HR but the HR can kill you as well, and it is a hard fight for both sides, I would say: This is balanced.
