Then why did the Guild Artisan give me the quest? Character has to be level 70 in the profession before the quest can be accessed.

Just moved to a new place and set up my computer. Thank god the servers are down, I thought it was my fault that I couldn't log in. I am happy it is someone else's fault. :(
