Nevermind. I did the fix found here: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?360742-Problem-with-Launcher-Can-someone-help-me/page2 to fix the launcher. I'm guessing it'll run after the gigantic patching like the rest of you :D.

Well, I still can't get in :P. I run the launcher and nothing happens--no patching, no anything, just "Neverwinter" on my task bar (not even a program shows up). Any suggestions?

They are free to current IGN subscribers. That is still free. The point is that was something nice that IGN subscribers got. Okay, I put in the key on this site. Then I logged into the game. I was in the middle of a quest so I didn't go to my mail or anything, but a few seconds into the game an epic chest popped into my inventory (didn't pick it up), so I assumed that was it. I'm still in the middle of that quest and having another problem…

Got it from Warcry. It is the purple chest that requires a key to unlock and the key requires zen. I did get the epic chest for free, but it costs zen to get the key to unlock it.

I got the free key. Got the item. It says I can only unlock it with zen. So basically I have to earn a bunch of zen or I have to pay for it. That doesn't feel very free :P.

I replaced neverwinter.exe with the one you said to. It doesn't work.
