As far as I know, they're only from Profession Asset Pack and Profession Booster Pack. I personally dont find them anywhere near worth the money, you should buy the tool you want from the auction house. But if you want to buy them, the tools are called an Asset. An Asset can be either a worker, or a tool.

Ah, you're right! False alarm here. And the mail bug has been found out too! no Astral Diamonds seem to be lost due to system overload or whatever then, they just have to fix the mail bug!

I also lost Astral Diamonds, but I was buying Zen. there was a number of Zen available for 414 AD each. I bought 10 since I had 7.9k AD, then I was looking how many more I can buy. I would like to point out that their support might not work on weekends. It's, or it was, saturday and sunday :) plus, games' launches are always super busy, busiest time for support, give them a couple of days, then you can defend your money a bit more aggressively :)

Oh, this was a tricky one if it's what I think it is! I was waiting for a while and I'm like "I can see the Zen on my account.. why can't I see it ingame?".
