No, they're really noticeably faster.

As long as you leave one item in the chest, other players can open it and get their own loot. As soon as any player empties the chest, it locks for everyone else.

That does help. So this will happen to all items using a now-removed colour, and the fact that it happened only on my fashion sets was just a coincidence based on my colour choices? If I'd had an un-colour on my main gear it would have un-dyed there? That is good to know, thank you.

All dyes have been stripped off my Fashion gear, and none of the stripped colours are unlocked. For example, on my DC "Miri Shieldheart@lowjohn" my fashion gear *was* a Sigimaster's set in black and red and gold, looking like this. Now it's the basic colours, with no unlocks, like this.

It's working and has been pretty good since then, but other players I spoke to reported seeing the same problem on Friday Aug 2nd around the same time. One more data point at least? Thanks.

I finally got in long enough to collect my daily VIP key. I got kicked out and can't get back in since: I can't play. Nobody else having connection problems? I have LITERALLY ZERO problems reaching all other internet sites and playing all other online games.

But it's not higher DPS. Rapid Shot only does 1/4 of the damage, but fires 4 times in the time it takes Aimed Shot to fire once. So: Assuming you're not interrupted, it's the SAME DPS. If you're interrupted, Rapid Shot will have gotten off 1-3 shots for 25%-75% of uninterrupted DPS, but Aimed Shot will do 0.

This is sort of, almost, WAI: That's always been how stronghold HEs work and it was very handy in that you could run 10, 20, 30 HEs when you had time then collect 5/day when you didn't have time. But this sort of thing, it's definitely a downside.

... I've beaten it with a group running almost all L70 weapons. Exalted Primal, Exalted Masterwork, and the HR had an Alabaster offhand, and we did fine. Old artifacts, too. It would have been a few minutes faster with Alabaster weapons just from the damage boost, but it certainly wasn't impossible with the old ones.

Not correct, though: You need to get one of the orbs, which requires trading 5 of the SAME etching, when each ME run gets one etching AT RANDOM and also you need to spend a rune to get an etching AT ALL.
