So as a general heads up, Master of Flame is getting more buffs. One of the more notable ones is that Smolder will Crit. Should note that changing it to Rime Fire, or refreshing Rimefire will reroll said crit.
The Mark thing is still really up in the air. It will certainly need quite a bit of hands on time. Also possible that Guardians could gain a Stamina meter that interacts with Tab Mark, allowing it to act as a force taunt if used while full. (but not require a full meter to use) Though regards to dungeoning it's been my…
Howdy, So chances are good that in the future the shared paragons will diverge a bit more than they do now to better fit the class that is using them. Will not happen for this upcoming patch however. In better news for Guardians, looking towards the next next patch (Patch after the upcoming patch) they will get some…
Exaltation is already fairly powerful, so is unlikely to get multiple charges or to affect the entire team at once. (Unfortunately, Exaltation is one of those abilities that is more powerful than it feels due to it's buffing nature.) We're tweaking the FX a tad to make it a bit more clear who the target is. Currently a…
To be fair, Fanning the Flames does deal more damage than Sudden Storm to the primary target, and has the potential to deal considerably more if there are Smoldering targets nearby. (With the addition of Fanning the flames also getting an extra burst of damage from Smolder targets who are killed, it potentially does way…
Were you adding together both of furious Immolations hits? It deals damage twice. (Much like Oppressive force actually deals damage 5 times) Also regarding Smolder not being an advantage on Furious Immolation it's not entirely fair to dismiss it just because you have other options of applying it. Paragon Paths are a bundle…
So, part of the problem may stem from Furious Immolation actually dealing it's damage in two parts. The pull deals damage, and then the column of fire deals damage as well. Though based on your charts it also looks like you are comparing a Arcane Singularity Crit of 14K to what I assume is a non crit on part of Furious…
Not quite sure where you are getting your math from. Furious Immolation hits about 50% harder than Arcane Singularity, and deals similar damage to Oppressive force but at a much larger range and slightly larger radius. (Per target hit) While I'm sorry that you feel we've ignored all feedback I promise you it has not been.…
Hi, thanks for pointing this out. Took a look at the power and it is a bit out of sync. There is a root effect present for a better sense of impact, but it was triggering too early and lasting a tad too long. Updated both to better bring it in line with what it's visually doing.
There is nothing being overstated. The feat makes people take 5% less damage. Some of the tooltips unfortunately mix up synonyms. Defense and Damage Reduction mean very similar things, but are not technically the same.
While not likely not happening for this patch, less helpful feats will be getting love in the in the relative future. Benefit of Foresight might be get adjusted then instead. Regardless of how it shakes out, Anointed Armor will be getting buffed either way.
Part of the thing with Foresight is that it's associated feat is too good. Feats are generally not intended to double the effectiveness of things, but that's pretty much what it does. There is a reasonable chance that the feat may get toned down abit to be more in line with other options. With that said, Anointed Armor is…
What lack of movement are you referring too? Reaping Strike does not lock lock you in place while charging. You're movement is slowed a bit, but there are a fair amount of attacks you can avoid while charging up.(And the ones that hit deal reduced damage and build extra Determination)
So the tricky thing with Fanning the Flames is that it gets a pretty significant damage amp against the primary target if there are smoldering enemies nearby. It's essentially an AoE single target spell. (In that it deals more damage to your target based on the people around said target) The spell mastery version of it…
So the Pursuit power is getting some changes to make it a bit more attractive. Namely that it will always start with the throwing dagger to mark the target for pursuit. While marked, said target deals less damage to you and your allies. When you activate the followup, you break CC, and teleport to the target with the AoE…
Howdy! So Blessing of Battle will be getting an animation speed increase. It's still intended to be a slower power, but not to it's current degree. As mentioned earlier, Anointed Armor will also have it's values looked at. Keep the feedback coming!
A lot of short term buffs do not display on the character sheet, which is likely part of the issue people are seeing. Will take a look in the AC issue. It's increasing your AC by 10%, but should perhaps be a flat value instead to give a more meaningful benefit. (will still be a fairly low value in the end though, but…
Well, actually one of the reasons the Master of Flame path is not Control centric is because Wizards already have a lot of control options. Entirely possible a future wizard paragon will be more control based, but ideally by then we'll have better interactions with control immune creatures.
