Dont underestimate KC. KC is one of the best encounter agaisn't any HR. I can take a 19K's hr in no time with it (When my crescendo is ready). You do KC, then right after you use crescendo (he won't be able to do ****), then right after that, flourish, then you finish it with anvil even if most of the time it's not needed.…

Crixus is right, you won't use cleave at all, crushing surge is the right choice (it hits way harder). As for the rest of the feats, personally I would change crushing pin to 5/5 plate agility (having 5% more deflect chance is totally great)

EASY choice, I was IV for 1 year, it was good back then (when frontline used to prone/hit 5K+), however FL is not good at all anymore for PVP. It looks like total luck in my opinion, I got my gautlets in 1h-1h30 (around 15 HE's), If I remember well, I was using Lunging strike+anvil of doom+frontline (as you can see, it's not the best set-up to have at all for DPS). I also got a belt (DEX one) while having this setup at the dragon in rothey valley..
