  • Thanks, I get that, but making the default class feature unusable seems silly. Not getting the one you want is one thing, but not being able to even use it is another. Giving a pathfinder storm-step action is as useful as giving them a CW or GWF class feature (ie it's not useful)

  • That would, but it would also make a 3-second non-ancient thorned root go from 500% to 750% and 7+ sec ancient thorned root (from Master Trapper, etc) go from 500% to at least 1750%. Balance is the key and finding a number that would come close to the non-ancient thorned root DPS without penalizing the ancient root is key.

Thorned roots from separate encounter powers not stacking makes no sense; if damage from a non-rooting attack is on top of thorned-root damage, why would a separate encounter power (say hindering after constricting) be treated differently? So I now need a hard-to-find dragon egg to craft *one* purple kit to get a crit *or* a deflect bonus (not both plus some) whereas before I could use other materials to get an over-all stat boost for my bracers.   • Speaking of melee HRs, has anyone noticed how much aimed strike underperforms? My damage rarely tops 1000 even though the description says that the min for lvl 3 is 4700. Rain of Swords consistently underperforms too. Am I not understanding how the damage is calculated?
  • Does anyone know why you are no longer able to reinforce bracers? I've seen the option within the last week or so, but now that I've reached leatherworking lvl 20, the option is gone.
