Nope. They want to charge you for every little thing per character. Companions, bags, bank slots etc. Nothing is account wide except for character slots.

You're missing the point. Beta used to mean something to developers. Now its just an excuse to release broken content and still have players give them money. Let alone the fact that when someone dies once, they rage quit and you can't requeue to find replacements. You spend 30-50 minutes in queue, someone quits halfway through. Congrats, you wasted over an hour and you still don't get your daily dungeon done or anything like that.
