Dread Vault T2 is for the main hand but the pain in the neck you will have trying to find a random group that can get through it, will be quicker to farm drake seals in Lair of the pirate king and bow the bow from the vendor until you unlock the artifact weapon.

If you pick Archery or Melee paragon paths, then yes it sucks as you describe it. If you pick Trapper build then prepare to slaughter everything in your way. Thanks for your comments the other day, I have since made a rather large overhaul on my build and in doing so have found out something rather novel about playing as a buffer for the party and yet still topping the Dps charts that may be of interest to you.

That setup for PvP will work fine, its all preference on how you play it aside from that the gear is just the PvP gear... the better your tenacity the more use it will be for you.
