  • I am so glad then, that I never chased after 90% defense. Felt comfortable at 73% and I wanted to try to get deflect to matter as it is a paladin forte thing. Now sitting at about 80% after augment change, I feel very little better. Less than 3% better it seems.
  • Wait, I think I got it. At 90% defense we reduce incoming damage by 47.5%, so at 50% it is reduced by 33%. So 40% difference in defense is, give or take, about 14% in actual damage reduction? Wow.
  • The formula is 1/(1+Defense)? So at 90% 1/(1+.9) = 52.63%. Then at 50% 1/(1+.5) = 66.6% ? Can some one please explain this.
  • Also, pants and shirt show a slot for reinforcement but neither armor nor jewelry kits can be used. Is it intended for there to be a new type of kits for pants/shirts?
  • Enchantment medallions are account bound and in our inventory. Unfortunately, they do not stack, so you will need 120 slots open in your inventory to reclaim the rank 4 enchants. Account bound and transferable is good, not stacking is very bad.

  • Great, so they bugged the free Knox Boxes, did not bind the ones that were exploited, and charged more than was advertised, and the cost was discounted meaning the actual price was 750 not 500 Zen. Any other mistakes other than these three?
  • I thought it was announced that free/AD Knox Boxes were account bound, as was the rewards from them. So, are you saying the rewards from these exploited boxes is not bound?
  • I like some of the suggestions in the first post, I would prefer fixing of known bugs to any other changes. A month or two of bug fixes would be nice.

  • Holy Avenger is a good enchant, I use one, but bear in mind the heal is a some what constant small heal and thus does not provide much aggro wise. It won't add to the burst healing but will provide a constant small heal, and a boost to every one's defense so a little less damage is taken by all.
  • 6 slots boosting your skills over the 50% max from rating. Even with less boost to IL, companions still provide a better bang for your buck when compared to mounts.

  • Same on going problem for me as well. I do the same actions as rubytrue.
  • I donated 5k current currency to an alliance coffer, gave them 25k fey. Have 12k more from completing each phase. Forget the AD and build your building. Little else more to spend it on.
  • Add to this, tanks shield does not block a lot of these type of attacks. Our "dodge" mechanic has no effect on it, going all Brave Sir Robin is the answer.

  • The worst thing for new players is the total ban on communication until certain goals have been met. A MMORPG that muzzles new players doesn't seem friendly to new players. Not a Perfect World. Rather Cryptic.
  • I use my companions mostly for percentages, particularly awareness. HPs I get mostly from radiants in defense and insignia. Minstrel is great as he provides awareness and HP when slotted.
  • The chain has been scaled to the box, which gave fewer percents. The buff to stamina gain for me is .05%. Hope I never get that bonus stat.
  • It might help if the companion AI was as good at getting/maintaining CA as mobs are. I haven't tried out combat companions yet, my main is a tank with an awareness augment, my alts are still using augments as I haven't played them much.   • I haven't tested it since I posted the problem. BR was proc'ing as well as the other two, but BR provided me around 28k heals. KR and SB provided around 8k heals.
