I'm only invoking on 4 characters and I usually find myself getting 2 or 3 coal wards every 2x RP event from the coffers I saved up in-between. Usually open 24-32 coffers every RP event. Maybe not the best drop rate, but certainly not the worst in this game, either.
I've been getting this too since Alliances went live, but this ONLY happens to me with the Stronghold map. Going to or from the Stronghold map or switching to or from a character that's on the Stronghold map will give me a Not Responding for a couple seconds. I have no problems whenever the Stronghold map is not involved,…
I agree that Respen/Portobello was fun, for the first two weeks at least. It was a nice change of pace, and it helped that I watched the Acquisitions Inc. game that this was based on just before the campaign started so I got a lot of the references. The first two weeks didn't feel grindy and I was doing it on 3 characters.…
I'd definitely use it if I got one. I've been using an Apparatus of Kwalish for the longest time so this would be an upgrade from an old clunker to an old clunker that floats and fires laser beams! Also, I don't have anything that would give me the 140% speed boost yet either.
I'll second that. One of the things I really liked about the original Respen's event was that even if the RNG hated you, you could still pick up the Pocket Pet and the Green Slime from the vendor after some grind. I'm already not having much luck trying to get the Pewter Golem. Doesn't seem like there's any chance of…
100 times per week? Unless that's across several characters, I don't know why you'd have to do that many. You stop getting credit towards the campaign if you queue up 25 times per week. Less if you also do the other stuff that gives you credit also. After you hit the weekly cap they even give you notes that pretty much say…
I didn't think I'd be able to sit through 3 hours of watching people play D&D either, but it turns out Critical Role can keep my interest. I haven't tried watching Acquisitions Incorporated, though.
I certainly wouldn't mind spending 2 hours or so in an area exploring all the nooks and crannies either solo or with some friends that wanted to explore also, but personally 2 hours does seem like a very long amount of time for something you had to do over and over and over and over for the chance to get whatever specific…
I may be in the minority on this, but based solely on how much time they should take, I'd much prefer a 30 minute dungeon over a 90 minute dungeon. I have a hard enough time getting together with the people I play with so 30 minutes is easier to work with than 90 or however many minutes. I've read that some people spent up…
I'm guessing is has something to do with how many anniversary celebrations there have been. Pretty sure there was only "I" when the first celebration happened, and the "II" showed up when the second hit.
Hmm... I got a can of compressed air for blowing the dust out of computer equipment to the right of me. I think the best I can do is toss that her, hope a stray spark or flame from from her blue or red heads causes it to explode and distract her enough for me to not be 20 feet in front of her anymore.
I figured that the outline of the Tiefling guy is a placeholder image that we're seeing because whatever generates the pictures of our characters on the gateway broke or was disabled (hopefully temporarily because they're tweaking it). Possibly related to the changes they made to the gear preview in the last patch.
"a massive rework of the Tarmalune Tradebar Store" If this includes removing Coalescent Wards or making them more expensive, I think a lot of people will be pretty upset. If this includes making them cheaper, then I think a lot of people will be happy. And some people will still be upset, but then again there is no…
GWF's At Will powers used to do reduced damage while Unstoppable, and now that shouldn't happen. I don't PvP so i might be missing something, but how is that not good news for a GWF?
I'm in the gateway now and it seems much improved compared to before the maintenance. A little sluggish but usable, and no disconnects so far. *knocks on wood*
I'm not sure there's still that male/female difference in 5th Edition. Took a quick peek at the Medusa entry in the Monster Manual and it seems to imply that both men and women can get the curse with the snake hair.
I get that the new artifact gear is all-around better and that I'd still end up ahead stat-wise if I fed the old artifact gear to the new gear, but I gotta admit that the whole situation is kinda discouraging for me. I don't have anything at legendary yet. On my main character, I was able to get my main-hand, off-hand, and…
