I got a Mount of Uncommon Quality I already had not too long ago (before the event began), and I usually have bad RNG.

Do you have any quests to do for Cloaked Ascendancy Campaign? Or perhaps Tasks to complete? If so, try doing those because I do believe there is a point in time where River District is unavailable again until you progress more.

The Role Bonus is basically incentive to get people of that Role to queue up for that Random Queue, so it changes depending on which Role is needed the most at that time. As a result, it tends to alternate between Healer and Tank and is rarely ever DPS.

They already raised the cap once, it used to be 500 iirc. Raising it again is only a bandaid fix for the backlog and not a permanent solution. In fact, iirc, it did not take long for pc to have a backlog again after the cap rose to 750.

PC has almost always had a backlog though for who knows how long, whereas PS4 only in recent months achieved perma-backlog status and XB1 just starting having a backlog.

HUD The Invocation icon now grays out when the final invocation for the day has been performed. I can confirm this is not working properly. I don't run very many at all a day personally, but I did try to run 1 or 2 a day after the changes and it was several days before I got what I did. Me and RNG are not good friends so I don't get any of the new loot very often at all. I did roll a Scroll of Mass Life yesterday, though.

Depends on the dungeon. I got an "orange stone" as you put it from FBI once, but the RNG is definitely a factor.

You are not the first person to mention this issue so it is safe to say it is actually a bug that can impact many new players, if not all of them. Hopefully it is fixed soon and you can start chatting and trading.

Trade Channel is always littered with RMT Advertisement, which is why I personally keep Trade Channel turned off. If they are posting in Zone and LFG Channel though then by all means, report that individual account to a dev.

Except the fee issue was a bug and not intentionally done, and has been fixed.

I noticed Collars have to be refined first before they can be upgraded. Have you already invested your 150k RP into the collar? If not, that is what the problem is.
