yes i have same problem i am guessing the only foundry quests that ever show up are the ones that are made by ppl paying money so for the mosty [part i have quit trying to make foundry quests are even trying to use them except for free astral diamonds and slayer titles

i use a rogue because it allows me to solo becuse i am best at stealth type characters lucky me i dont do pvp very often, nor do i try to get into groups unless i am forced to to do a quest or mission so being blacklisted means squat to me same for pvp problems many complain of toodles
