There's a lot of emphasis put on gear-score by this community, when in reality you're much better off making sure you've picked the right skills/feats/boons and picking the perfect set for your player. When this happens, press Y to switch user. Sign out, then sign back in again and you should be able to log into the game. I have this problem every single time I try to log in.

That right there is part of the problem. Having a 'beastly gear score' doesn't mean a thing. If someone doesn't know how to build their character and use it correctly, then no amount of gear score is going to help them. People look at someones gear score and think 'ooh, he's 2k below me, let's kick him'. It's an awful…

Ah interesting, thanks for the reply. Yeah I had enough AD. The item wasn't ridiculously low priced, it was just the lowest of a bunch that were all similar priced. I waited 10 mins or so, and found one on there a little cheaper anyway, and it let me buy that one out, so no harm done. :)

I have the worst luck in the world. I've just done the artifact chest quest for the 3rd time, so in 20 hours time i'll be opening my 3rd chest for a chance at the correct weapon. RNG hates me!

Yeah, I got 1 of the rings from the 3pc set, and 2 glyphs (pretty poor return considering how many times i've ran the skirmish now). I need the gem to get the weapon from the campaign though.. it's actually becoming painful I've ran it that many times.
