Unfortunately PWE does not care enough about the quality of its own games and or cannot afford a real developer based test team, so they have to farm out playtesting to the players. I've played games where there is no PTS, and bugs are rare and quickly fixed. no PWE game will ever be one of those.
The Infinity Dungeon is just a funny name I came up with since it would be theoretically limitless, limited only by the ability of the group to go far. It could even have a solo mode, which would become insanely challenging later on, and special high scores for solo only runs.

Didn't they massively increase low level dungeon boss HP? seems that way from the dungeons I just did yesterday. Maybe make Charthraxis spawn with much more HP if the game detects one or more level 60 or higher players in the area?
As far as mechanics, a lot of FF14 players would consider ToMM easy, compared to that games "endgame" offerings. I think the NW community has just got too used to content being very light on mechanics.
No, altering existing content to "maintain" difficulty is the act of only the most unqualified terrible excuses for game developers. Aside from level scaling, the content itself should not be nerfed, as players get better gear it will become easier on its own.
TOMM isnt even that hard by MMO standards, its about as hard mechanically as the easiest challenging content in FF14. I am also against nerfing it. content like this tends to nerf itself over time as people get better gear. no need at all for nerfs.

Scaling has a place in every online MMORPG in existance regardless of setting because it is simply required for such a game. If levels exist in an MMO, scaling must too exist. no one said it has to be done in a bad way, but it must be done, in a good way.

The system is flawed becuase that is so easily possible. a second or 2 of rez immunity has no downsides if it ends when you use a skill, and therefore the lack of it is a flaw, and not something which should be preserved.
