Same problem. Can't refine Golden Dragon Longsword on xbox. Posting here because I can't start a new thread yet. Just bought 3x Blood rubies... :(

Since I have a new account, I can't post a new thread, so I'll put it here. Most of the afternoon I've been unable to log on to the server... All I see is this: Connecting to the account server. Please wait... Then it kicks me back to the Neverwinter splash screen. Anybody else?
