I have found by far, the absolute fastest way to level in this game is PVP. I think this is what caused so many of the PVP AFK Issues. I dunno....maybe it is because I am a Cleric but I have never waited for more than 15 minutes to do any Dungeon. The only Dungeon I can't que for is the last one so I can't comment on that.

I'm not sure what game you all are playing but this weekend I saw 14 Instances of Protectors Enclave generated, 3 of them being at the max of 150, The next at 120 and the remainders being anywhere between 80-low teens. And I am probably on the least popular Server, Beholder. I could only imagine Dragon being even more.
