  • the only way to get shield cooldown down is as follows, cast shield and recast it within 1 sec of it finishing it will give you 4 stacks of arcane for some reason and the cooldown will be at 7 secs (it will actually show you that it has no cool down but will show after pressing the button). i also confirm if you wait 2…
