I very much agree with this. I dont think it will likely happen. But I very much would want this. too many times have I had some people outright turn around and copy my whole way I build my character and down the powers I use.

Yeah the tooltips has always been inconsistant in its labeling for things. think what it means that it only works for both encounter and dailies since they are powers instead of just encounter powers.

You dont WEAR artifacts. Unless they are EQUIPMENT you actually put on. Slotting actual artifacts is akeen to putting it in a easy spot to activate them such as your belt its like a reusable consumable like the lucky coin but you dont equip that either. You slot it in your belt.
Nothing, anything that affects radiant damage is specific to what the damage is coming from. Such as Courage and Sacred Weapon. Really isnt no buffing or inhibiting of elemental damage types here unless specifically mentioned in interaction from skills and feats. No stats or anything else wise.
yeah that threw me off a bit too. Until I accidentally unequipped trying to apply an armor kit and it made me unequip my armor, applying the armor kit while it was in my inventory worked flawlessly then.
All campaign items should be set to level 70. Even the pvp campaign items which are all still 60. the very least those should be level scaled or 70. Other campaign items like Sharandar should be 70 as well. Surprised they hadnt even done this.
I've done it with warlock.. And with a GWF.. twice. Of course TR. And they all were much lesser geared than that. Rank 6-8 (and not even all enchants were consistantly that) With varying of normal and lesser flaming, lifedrinker and Holy Avenger enchants. With that kind of equipment. I made a posts in the paladin bug thread. Sacred Weapon's bonus damage does only applies to the encounter Smite. All at wills except Protection paragon at will. Do not benefit from them, because they are labeled as cylinder area attacks (which they are not) Valorous and Oath Strike in turn do not benefit from Sacred Weapon…
A large part of the questing in Neverwinter has to do with Spellplague. That couldnt be right at all. Entire zones still having plaguefire would have to be outright removed. That doesnt sound right at all. Besides theres alot of other inconsistancies within Neverwinter.
