I totally agree that boons would be far more meaningful if they granted 1% per point vs. 0.2% per point. Right now, the max boon is 1% (with 5 points used on any given boon), increasing it would give a 5% bonus, much better. :)
That really doesn't make sense since character bound insignia can be converted and put in the shared bank... Or maybe I should have not pointed that out :D
There is a new weekly, for the heroics in ep2, but nothing else. I too was surprised at the rewards for the "gold" hag quest not including Fey Blight and Potion of the Undead. I do not think it is bugged per say, more like an oversight has occurred with what rewards are granted with that quest.
