Very, very sad to see nowhere in this list the fix to control wizard abilities that are not benefiting from the armor penetration stat at all in PVP right now. too much doom and gloom in this thread. fox shift has been bugged and an OP single-target encounter for a long time, im glad to see it is finally being fixed and will be working as it was intended. a rogue daily ability on an HR encounter was never intended.

you seem to be overlooking the possibility that the roll for deflecting -damage- and the roll for deflecting -CC- could be entirely separate rolls right now. this would easily explain why the CC portion of an attack can be deflected when the damage portion isn't (thus, the attack appears not deflected to you)

in case everyone forgot they already attempted to fix this. there was an entire patch made with changes to the pvp starting area intended to stop pvp spawn camping. the problem is they did as good a job at stopping it as they did at stopping people from GG fast runs, and both are still going on.
well actually its against the TOS so im reporting it here so that action may be taken against their accounts but also because this was already intended to be fixed, so the devs should know that there is still a way to sneak into spawn.
