only reason you can kick is because this cat event takes more than 5 minutes to run. On average anywhere between 8 to 10 minutes, so you get to kick after 5 minutes. If it was s normal 3 to 5 minute CTA kick option not available.
1) A dungeon not just made for BIS players 2) Some type of campaign that doesn't rely on the same daily mission grind (i.e...me/we/fe runs) 3) The companion slot change would be nice, or at least get all companions viable, right now it's just Augment companions

? Not sure what you mean? I am on PS4, and other than paying for my internet, there is no other fee that I pay. You can pay a extra fee for additional services on the PS4, but it isn't a requirement to play this game or even have. I don't have a Xbox, so not sure about that console.

As I have expressed before, I don't believe it is wise to create content that seperates the masses. The difference in mod 15 to mod 17 tomm, is that in mod 15 the elites could run it even though there was no challenge or anything that was needed for that group. With Tomm, certain classes won't even get in due to balance…
