you can like it or not, it doesnt change the fact that HR dodges are BROKEN. You cant react in time, precasting a dodge is not something that should be done. DC/CW/TR dodge can be chained for 100% immunity frame, and there is no delay of the iframe. Its only somehow "ok" in pve because there is red telegraph on the floor…
