Updating since this is a higher priority issue - another engineer has identified and fixed the main cause for queues failing since m22 and it should be fixed in an upcoming patch once it gets through QA!

Looks like Combat Enchants causing powers to do zero damage just got a fix (not making it in to this morning's build, but next update hopefully after QA). Not aware of the Radiant Lion issue's status as that's all going to be in design's camp.
Plan is to keep everything you've unlocked either before or after the module launch, and at the highest level you rolled. Aha... so I wasn't exactly lying to you. Your bard does have an older campaign task automatically completed... in order to access a certain recently reworked trial. Checked him out and he's all fixed up in my local version! Nice name by the way :)
I'll help poor nitocris out here - campaign icon issue is a bit trickier, it's caused by having a character with partial progress in one of the removed campaigns. I have a fix in code review now but it will likely just miss this next update. Thanks for your patience!
Always! You'll notice that in the last line of these patch notes we've done some UI optimizations this update and one was specifically for the power trays to be checking less data every frame. It's a continuous battle!
