Oh ok, so the this isn't the very first legendary on your list then? I am not disagreeing with more powerful items, what I am pointing out is that on one hand you say something that is powerful and hard to achieve is OP, and then on the other hand you say it's not.

I opened 20 boxes on first day they came out, got an owlbear on the 20th box. Then I opened some more a couple weeks later and got a 2nd owlbear on my 3rd box =D But generally speaking 40 boxes isn't a lot lol. I opened 60+ nightmare boxes and got nothing.

Both fighters recovery and ferocious reaction have very small and not so noticeable animations, the combo of the 2 can heal for more than 60% HP instantly with no other action taken, making it seem like the GF was just standing there and then got full heal.

My "pure pvp tank" cleric has no problem in any dungeon in this game... Not to mention if you ever want to PvP you will be very sad you didn't roll halfling.

Does chilling clouds 3rd strike apply chill to all enemies hit or just the one you are targetting? But 100% of PvE can be completed extremely efficiently in R7's with no armor enchant and maybe a normal weapon enchant. Of course that is what it devolves into in pug matches, because they actually care about top score which = more glory. Premade matches (if they are good premade's) generally have players on all points at all times.

That is completely untrue. Yes the hit can be deflected but the enchantment damage still goes through, no other enchantment damage can be deflected. I mean honestly think about that lol, the magical necrotic damage that comes off an enchant is somehow deflected by your sword?? doesn't even make sense =P No barkshield does…

Mike would still bite the kid's ear =P The difference here is that you lose nothing by your avatar dieing and you do in fact gain PvP experience and knowledge, I know that from personal experience.

Oh, I would say a normal SF at most, PvE certainly doesn't warrant a Perfect (IMO)
