I believe it just means you can't use a third-party chat client (I've used Trillian in the past) to access chat channels.

If your VIP is active, then log in to a character you already have. Then exit out to the "Change Character" screen, and select "Create New Character:. Gith should be an available option.

The Barbarian in my guild has been BiS for years, and just keeps topping up his enchants when the top rank goes up. With all r15, the new artifacts, and runestones in the companion, he sits at ~212k power. The scary thing is, he's also capped most everything else, too, as well as being able to play his toon *really* well.

Not to be terribly nitpicky, but according to the text, the Indomitable runestone only affects "pet's powers that target foes" - and the DoT generally doesn't target anything. That being said, companion powers could definitely use a bit of tweaking. And fixing.

There are two things I'd like to see when it comes to feats: 1. No feats that tie two powers together. That almost always uses up 2 of 3 encounter slots. I'm still in my barkshield on my main - works fine, I have a rank 9 Bloodtheft on an alt, and it's ok. You don't want to be getting hit often enough to be firing off Thunderhead as DPS, so not sure why people would be running it.
