arc didnt load either, then i went into program files and arcrepair, got it to work so far.

Same issue here, out of four of us, only one person is able to play. any mods on to help?

I'm trying force verify and safe mode, now I have a new patch that's patching. Open neverwinter before hitting play, click on options top right and check mark only force verify and safe mode. See if you have a new patch

Sounds like its just a bad patch, I'm sure theyll be sending out another one to fix it. I had the same issue with another game. Was a corrupted patch file
