  • After Mod 24 dropped my Oathkeeper's Hand of Divinity is no longer able to Critically hit. I have stood in the Stronghold for 30 minutes spamming the ability hundreds of times over, not a single critical hit. Other healing abilities like Divine Touch and Divine Shelter seem to Critically Hit at an expected rate. Please…
