you do not need arc to play neverwinter. sure it helps but you do not need it. I was playing neverwinter on steam for ages before getting Arc, I only got arc because it was handy to put stronghold kingdoms, Jade dynasty, war of the immortals and Swordsman along with neverwinter in one spot. Steam has neverwinter as well.

or you could use the arc lurncher repair or even reinstal arc. both these fixed this issue on my desktop which runs XP.

Open the options menu on the Launcher make sure safe mode option is selected/ticked & Put this into command line found at the very bottom of the Options Menu: -d3d11Enable 0 (the - as well just copy paste it in.) Not all of us are Nvidia users i'm an Intel. (as with most Lenovo's) but yeah it seems to be a very very common problem and from what I can tell its something to do with a wide screen setting that PWE managed to mess up some how. (probs a typo in the coding).

I did find a short term fix on another thread, but it is just that a very short term fix and adds so much more lag it unreal and even unplayable. but its ok if you just want to stand around and chat.

I got it back in mod 2, the fix that worked then was to lower my graphic settings. I have to say this time, that 'aint working for me. I've done all the things you've done plus the playing with all the res' settings and none of it is working.
