  • For overall DPS I'd wager Losty neck + Greater Owlbear belt + arti of your choice (fill in stats you need) will net the most DPS.. but as far as sets go, you're probably right.

  • Hopefully this cannot be answered. I think the biggest issue the OP eLoL set caused us CWs was how it cornered us into similar builds / play style.
